Role Overview :

The Mine Site Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution at the mine site. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising operational and technical activities to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day project operations at the mine site.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for on-site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure all safety protocols and environmental standards are followed rigorously.
• Monitor project progress and performance; identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage site logistics, equipment mobilization, and manpower planning.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance reviews to management.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and safety compliance.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory control for the project.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at the site.
