Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about keyword-driven content strategy , have strong analytical thinking, and be capable of delivering results through well-structured SEO campaigns.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Strategist-level position , guiding and mentoring junior SEOs or interns in the future.

This is an on-site role based in Coimbatore (initially hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies .
• Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Create and optimize SEO-focused blog posts and web content .
• Perform website audits , fix technical issues, and improve site health metrics.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective off-page techniques.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Google Search Console

• Ahrefs / SEMrush

Content Skills

• Strong ability to write keyword-based content (blog posts, web copy, and meta descriptions)
• Understanding of SEO content structure (keyword density, readability, LSI keywords, search intent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2022–2024 pass-out candidates preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO execution
