Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting , preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment. Strong understanding of technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, or similar). Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire the best technical talent across engineering, product, and data teams. You’ll play a key role in building our high-performing team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet our fast-paced growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Drive a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting metrics dashboard.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
