Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant based in North Paravur, Kerala, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Consultant will assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable insurance policies, provide expert financial advice, and help identify the best insurance solutions based on individual client needs. The role involves regular client interaction, building lasting relationships, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additionally, you will be expected to offer insights on financial planning and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting
• Skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Strong Communication skills, including clear and effective verbal and written abilities
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Basic understanding of regulatory policies and compliance in the insurance industry
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
