I’m looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to work on thoughtful housing projects. The role is hands-on - you'll be working on real projects, from research and site plans to 3D models and permit drawings.

What You’ll Do :

• Research local zoning rules and prepare preliminary site plans for new projects.
• Work on schematic designs, 3D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects.
• Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
