Role : Senior System Administrator

Specialization : Azure AD, Windows Server, Windows, Office 365

Type : Full-time | Remote

As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our clients' IT environments. You will work on system implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall IT infrastructure management. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Azure AD, Windows Server, Windows OS, and Office 365 environments

Maintain and enhance client IT systems, ensuring uptime, security, and performance

Implement and optimize Microsoft Exchange Server setups

Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management

Configure and support Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP networks

Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware

Collaborate with project teams to deliver IT solutions on time

Provide Tier-3 support and resolve complex technical issues

Create documentation, SOPs, and ensure best practices for infrastructure management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator role

Strong proficiency in :

Azure Active Directory

Windows Server & Windows OS

Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Microsoft Exchange Server

PowerShell scripting

Deep understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies

Experience with virtualization : Hyper-V and VMware

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Certifications : MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent
