Project Manager - Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end digital banking projects such as Core Banking, Internet / Mobile Banking, Loan Origination, and KYC / AML systems.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and third-party vendors.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking projects.
• Conduct regular status updates, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Lead Agile / Scrum methodologies or hybrid models as per project needs.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
