Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles across the
Vocational business.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand headcount planning,hiring needs, and role requirements.
Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internaldatabases to ensure high-quality pipelines.
Optimize recruitment processes for speed, efficiency, and exceptional candidateexperience.
Oversee hiring metrics—offer-to-join ratios, TAT, sourcing productivity, funnel movement,and vendor performance.
Manage and mentor TA team members to deliver consistent and high-quality results.Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and niche Vocational roles.Ensure strict adherence to compliance, documentation, and organizational hiringpolicies.
Work closely with HRBP and Finance teams for smooth workforce planning andonboarding.
Requirements
8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in EdTech(mandatory).
Strong experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Academic, Product, and Corporate rolesin high-growth environments.
Proven ability to manage bulk as well as niche hiring.Experience leading / mentoring a TA team.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong data-driven approach with ability to create insights from hiring metrics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and evolving business structure.
