About the Role :

We are seeking a highly proficient and experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract position based in either BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) in Mumbai or Airoli in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, mitigating risks, handling budgets, creating and adhering to schedules, and effectively managing change. Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.

Mandatory Skillsets :

• Proficient in Project Management : Demonstrated expertise in applying project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management : Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively, developing and implementing risk response plans.
• Budgeting : Experience in developing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Scheduling : Expertise in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and managing timelines using project management tools.
• Change Management : Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of effectively engaging and managing diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication and task execution.
