Financial Controller

As the Group Finance Controller, you'll play a vital role in supporting the business and driving financial success across our global operations. This isn't just a finance and accounting role; you'll be a strategic partner, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, accounting, and budgeting. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you'll be a key contributor to management reviews and group-level presentations. You'll be responsible for the financial health and compliance of our Global operations, driving efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial System Implementation : Identify, evaluate, and implement accounting systems and tools to support the organization's needs.
• Accounting Best Practices & Controls : Establish best-in-class accounting practices and internal control procedures, including :
• Optimizing billing processes and systems.
• Streamlining revenue and cash reconciliations.
• Developing and implementing SOPs and SLAs.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial closures and consolidations (Indian AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Audit Management : Oversee the end-to-end audit process for timely completion.
• Regulatory Compliance : Maintain expertise in applicable statutes and regulations.
• Process Automation : Identify and implement processes to automate routine tasks.
• Financial Leadership : Provide leadership and coordination for business planning, accounting, and budgeting.
• Management Reporting : Develop and manage MIS reports (client profitability, budget preparation, forecasting, consolidation).
• Support CFO in presentations.
• Working Capital Management : Oversee payroll, WIP review, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Strategic Analysis : Utilize financial modeling, KPI analysis, and clear communication to inform business decisions.
• People Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team through workshops, training programs, and skill-building initiatives to prepare them for greater responsibilities.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis : Utilize expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Communication : Clearly and concisely communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
