Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern backend technologies and cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Express.js , and a suite of Azure services . The role demands excellent technical proficiency, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring optimal performance, professional growth, and alignment with project goals.
  • Technical Ownership : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performing applications.
  • Solution Architecture : Define and implement architectures using the tech stack including Node.js , TypeScript , Nest.js , Express.js, and Azure services .
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure Management : Implement and manage Azure solutions such as Azure Container Apps , Azure Pipeline , and Azure API Management .
  • Code Quality & Standards : Drive code reviews, enforce standards, and promote a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Monitoring & Optimization : Use tools like Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and solutions.
