Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound / outbound calls and assist US-based customers with flight bookings, changes, and queries.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow company processes.
• Upsell ancillary services (baggage, seats, insurance, hotels) where applicable.

Qualifications :

a college degree preferred.
