Technical Recruiter

Job Description : US IT Recruiter (3 to 5 years of experience)

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Shift : US Shift 7 PM to 4 AM IST

Working with : Public Sector Clients / State Client

Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven and experienced US Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering (Civil / Construction) roles, specifically within the US public sector domain . This role demands excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and compliance-driven hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment process—from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates—for IT and Civil / Construction Engineering roles.

Sourcing : Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards (LinkedIn, indeed, Dice, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.

Screening & Evaluation : Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidates’ technical and functional skills, ensuring alignment with client needs.

ATS & Database Management : Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while building a proactive talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Reporting : Share timely updates with internal teams and clients on hiring metrics, candidate pipeline status, and market insights.

Market Intelligence : Stay current with trends in US public sector hiring , compliance standards, and evolving technologies in the IT and civil engineering space.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Civil Engineering or related field).

3–5 years of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of working on public sector / government client requirements.

Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Cybersecurity, InfoSec) and Civil / Construction Engineering positions.

Proficiency in Boolean search, job portals, social recruiting, and other sourcing tools.

Familiarity with hiring processes specific to US federal and state government clients is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
