Event Conceptualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize unique event themes, stage designs, and experiential setups aligned with client objectives.
• Develop visually rich concept decks and storyboards using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with internal teams, 3D designers, and vendors to bring event visions to life.
• Use software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and MAYA to illustrate stage renders, layouts, and mood boards.
• Research global event trends, emerging design ideas, and innovative storytelling strategies.
• Present creative concepts to clients effectively, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure execution feasibility of designs.
