Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and daily coordination
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
Implement and monitor SOPs across departments
Handle communication, emails, and follow-ups professionally
Plan and organize domestic & international travel itineraries
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth executive operations
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience as an EA or similar role
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
