About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong creative and technical abilities to join our content production team. In this role, you will edit and transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality training videos for learners worldwide. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, trainers, and graphic designers to create polished content aligned with our brand and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into clean, engaging, learner-friendly content.

Create motion graphics, basic animations, intros / outros, lower-thirds, and transitions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to understand training goals and ensure accurate representation.

Enhance audio quality, add voiceovers, subtitles, background music, and sound effects as required.

Maintain consistency in visual style, pacing, and branding across all training assets.

Optimize videos for multiple platforms (LMS, YouTube, webinars, social media, etc.).

Manage video file organization, backups, and media asset libraries.

Work within defined production timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

Stay updated with industry trends, editing tools, and visual storytelling techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on video editing experience, preferably in EdTech, e-learning, training, or media production.

Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro , DaVinci Resolve , etc.

Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects , Photoshop , Illustrator , or similar tools for motion graphics and design.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color correction, and audio design.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand visual content.

Experience working with green screens, screen recordings, animations, and instructional videos.

Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in editing long-form training content, tutorials, or course modules.

Understanding of LMS formats, SCORM compliance basics, or digital learning platforms.

Knowledge of YouTube content formatting and social media video optimization.
