Client Relations Intern

Location : Onsite, Bangalore

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Perform daily & weekly reporting activities

2. Proficient in writing & creating customized emails

3. Perform cross team functioning

4. Handling the Data collection, sorting and checking

5. Create minutes of the meeting

6. Perform regular follow ups with clients over calls

7. Actively follow the instruction of senior

8. Organize & Prioritize the work

9.Regular follow ups with customers over calls for collection and following up on invoices

Requirements :

1. Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales / business development / client relation / post sales.

2. Experience & knowledge of B2B Saas based industry

3. Can devote 9 hours a day for 6 days a week. Available to start from 10 am onwards

4. Excellent written & spoken communication skills

4. Knowledge of various tools & data collection

Good to have :

Prior experience in collection, client relationship etc.

1. Duration : 6 months

2. Stipend : 15-17k / - per month

3.TImings : Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm

4.Location : Onsite, Bangalore
