Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail Oriented Chartered Accountant having up to 2 years of experience in Finance or

Auditing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our organization's financial and operational

processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present financial management reports, including financial planning,

budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

2. Management Information Systems (MIS) : Develop and analyze MIS reports, identifying key variances and providing

insights to improve financial performance.

3. Financial Systems & Process Advisory : Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of financial systems,

processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.

4. Financial Due Diligence : Conduct due diligence of unlisted private limited companies on behalf of equity investors and

debt funds, assessing financial health and potential risks.

5. Vendor Due Diligence Analysis : Evaluate vendor due diligence reports, analyzing red flags and assessing their impact on

business transactions and investments.

6. Fundraising Support : Develop comprehensive financial models and investor pitch decks to facilitate capital raising for

clients from equity and debt investors.

7. Transaction Documentation Assistance : Support senior professionals in drafting and reviewing investment-related legal

documents, including Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), and Share Purchase

Agreements (SPA), particularly for equity investments.

Qualifications :

 Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Finance or auditing.

 Strong knowledge of direct tax laws, regulations and best practices.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in using Taxation and related Softwares.
