We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Global Benefits Administrator with extensive experience in managing benefits programs across multiple regions, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder and vendor management and the ability to effectively engage with global teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Global Benefits Administration :
Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.Collaborate with teams to administer various benefitsExperience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTPExperience in Pension enrollments and updatesExperience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefitsExperience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checksExperience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teamsStakeholder and Vendor Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership.Employee Engagement and Communication :
Lead onboarding sessions to educate employees about benefits programs.Conduct monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients to address issues, share updates, and drive alignment.Tool and Technology Expertise :
Manage and utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all platforms.Operational Excellence :
Flexible to work with global teams, ensuring availability for urgent matters across time zones.Proactively resolve issues related to benefits administration with a focus on employee satisfaction.Experience :
4–9 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies.Language Proficiency : Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written).Knowledge of any regional language (e.G., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTPExperience in Pension enrollments and updatesExperience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefitsExperience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checksExperience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teamsSkills :
