We are looking for a strong Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to head our recruitment delivery for US clients. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
• Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP / VMS accounts (IT + Non-IT).
• Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations.
• Hands-on involvement in critical / hard-to-fill roles when needed.
