Role Objective :
The Head of Digital Marketing will spearhead the growth of our US business, responsible for strategically planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to deliver over $80 million in sales-qualified leads.
Core Leadership :
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the US market.
- Manage a yearly budget of ~$500K to $1M for lead generation.
- Lead a dedicated marketing team of 2-3 direct reports, mentoring them to success.
Digital Channel Management :
Oversee Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), ensuring high performance, cost-effectiveness, and substantial ROI.Optimize Organic LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing Campaigns and SEO strategies.Manage spends and optimize performance on Affiliate Marketing Platforms (like Bark).Lead Generation & Conversion :
Ensure consistent and high-quality lead generation, aligning with sales goals to achieve $80M - $100M worth of marketing qualified leads annually.Constantly refine lead qualification and conversion processes for optimal sales alignment.Follow all metrics from top of the funnel to conversion.Budget Optimization :
Efficiently allocate marketing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.Conduct rigorous analysis of campaign effectiveness and continuously adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Agency & Consultant Management :
Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, PR agencies, and independent consultants.Ensure agencies deliver to expectations, driving efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.Public Relations & Brand Management :Collaborate with PR agencies to amplify FlipSpaces' brand visibility and reputation in the US market.Develop and manage brand messaging tailored for the US audience.Develop and manage marketing collateral for offline events.Outbound Lead Calling Team :
Own and manage the outbound calling and inbound lead qualification function.Market & Competitive Analysis :
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, integrating findings into strategic plans.Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 8 years of progressive digital marketing experience.Significant experience in managing budgets in the range of $1 MM and achieving demonstrable lead-generation outcomes.Proven success in digital marketing for the US market preferred.Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing teams and external agencies.Expertise with analytical tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, Lead Management platforms, etc.).Previous experience of managing B2B high ticket size deals.Strong background working in or scaling within high-growth, fast-paced environments.Skills Required :
