We are currently seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Remote Sensing Expert with a strong agricultural background to lead our remote sensing efforts within our dynamic team.

Key Identify, pursue, and acquire new projects within the agritech, agri-insurance, and government sectors.

• Engage with insurance companies, agri-insurance agencies, government bodies, and institutional clients for business development, ground truthing, and claim management activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for agricultural services and technology solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify growth areas and emerging opportunities.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing activities including digital campaigns, BTL promotions, farmer meetings, field demonstrations, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and agri-institutions to strengthen market presence.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, content, and communication assets tailored for agricultural audiences.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distribution channels and partnerships across the agriculture ecosystem.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with agricultural regulations, government schemes, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to effectively position and promote products / services.
• Lead and mentor a small sales and marketing team to achieve business targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Travel extensively across rural and agricultural regions for business and field activities.

Required Skills & Strong knowledge of agriculture sector trends, agri-inputs, crop cycles, and rural marketing.
