This Systems Analyst 3-IT contractual position belongs to ESM (Enterprise Systems Management) remote IT support services, which is part of primary ITWorks Contract.

This position will be utilized for supporting AD & M365 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, M365) in a 40 hrs. / week model.

Career Level : IC3

Responsibilities Active Directory Management :

• Provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems.
• Troubleshoot DNS service and resolution issues.
• Manage and support internal and external DNS systems.
• Configure and support DNS for new domains.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases for various scenarios, including disaster recovery and data recovery.
