Marketing & telecalling executive

Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Telecalling Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Kakkanad (near Infopark).

The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to generate quality leads and provide details about our offerings — including Plug & Play Office Spaces for Rent (Fully Furnished Independent Offices) and 1 BHK & 2 BHK Fully or Semi-Furnished Apartments for Rent near Infopark, Kakkanad.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining an organized client database, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating promotional activities to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telecalling skills
• Proven experience in marketing, customer engagement, and lead generation
• Ability to manage client records and follow up on prospects effectively
• Experience in local marketing campaigns and promotions
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with the real estate or property consultancy sector will be an added advantage
• Educational qualification : Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum +2 required)
