We’re Hiring : US Tax Associate (2–4 Years) – Business Tax

Location : Remote (India)

We’re scaling our U.S. business tax capability and bringing on a sharp, agile associate to support the India team of a technology-driven, people-first U.S. CPA firm . Expect a modern, collaborative culture with real ownership and cross-border exposure.

What You’ll Drive

Preparation and review of U.S. federal and state business tax returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065)

Hands-on work with complex, formula-heavy Excel workpapers (modeling, reconciliations, data accuracy)

Tax research and preparation of technical documentation

Support for quarterly and year-end provision cycles (where applicable)

Daily coordination and alignment with U.S. teams in a remote-first setup

What Sets You Up for Success

2–4 years of direct experience in U.S. business tax

Strong comfort working in complex Excel environments and managing detailed workpapers

Clear, proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership

Ability to work independently in a trust-based, remote environment

Excitement to collaborate with a cross-border team that values humility, craftsmanship, and people-first principles

Exposure to ASC 740 is a plus , not a requirement
