About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Help in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, internship certificates, etc.
Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Support payroll-related data collection and attendance management (if required).
Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees as needed.
Work on assigned HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
Completed graduation.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
