Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Manage and oversee multiple ongoing projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Represent the company in corporate events, client meetings, and presentations with professionalism and confidence.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client pitches.
- Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on client expectations and project outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail and a business-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).3+ years of experience in client management, business development, or a similar role.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically to drive growth.Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and precision.Professional presentation skills and a polished appearance for client-facing events.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Personal Attributes
