Role Overview Responsible for the end-to-end operation of a 350 TPH Puzzolana plant. Managing a team of 35+, ensuring 16-hour uptime, and minimizing diesel consumption. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate between Mining (River bed), Processing, and Dispatch. Ensure production meets the daily target (approx. 3,500 - 4,000 Tonnes). Monitor Fuel Consumption (Target : <

0.9 Liters / Tonne). Manage local liaison and site safety. Requirements : 10+ Years experience in Aggregate Crushing (300+ TPH). Experience with Puzzolana 3-Stage plants (Cone / VSI / Rotopactor). Strong command over mechanical maintenance (Jaw / Cone liners).
