Role Overview

MiHeSo is a fast-growing premium D2C health food brand building scientifically backed, clean-label breakfast solutions. We currently manufacture through third-party facilities and are looking for a dedicated Food Technologist & QC Lead who can independently own production quality, SOP standardization, food safety, and manufacturing excellence.

This role is critical to ensuring consistent product quality, scale readiness, documentation for regulatory compliance as MiHeSo expands across marketplaces and modern retail.

You will be the technical owner of MiHeSo’s manufacturing—from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control & Food Safety

• Establish, implement, and maintain QC protocols for raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
• Conduct sensory evaluation , moisture analysis, microbial checks (where applicable) and hygiene audits.
• Ensure every batch meets MiHeSo’s standards for taste, texture, nutrition, and safety .
• Oversee line clearance , hygiene practices, sanitization, and GMP at the 3P manufacturing facility.
