Key Responsibilities :
Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HRSD modules .Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.).Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform features.Support enhancement projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Strong knowledge of HRSD — Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST / SOAP, APIs, web services).Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and platform architecture.
