The Role

We are looking for an iOS QA Engineer to strengthen the quality foundation of our native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in manual testing, exploratory testing, and mobile UI automation, with the ability to scale automation frameworks and ensure reliable execution at cloud scale.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed quality early, maintain a stable automation suite in LambdaTest, and help deliver highly polished, high-performing iOS experiences for Reach’s mobile products.

What You’ll Do?

• Manual & Exploratory Testing : Design and execute detailed test plans for new features, covering functional, integration, and regression testing across real devices and simulators. Lead exploratory testing to uncover defects beyond automated coverage.
• Acceptance Criteria Review : Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to refine feature requirements and define clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria before development begins.
• Bug Investigation & Reporting : Conduct root cause analysis for failures, identify reproducible steps, and log high-quality bugs in JIRA with complete technical detail.
• iOS UI Automation (Swift + XCUITest) : Build, maintain, and scale automated UI test scripts for native iOS applications using Swift and XCUITest.
• LambdaTest Execution Management : Manage, run, and optimize automation suites on the LambdaTest cloud platform across diverse device and OS combinations.
• CI / CD Quality Integration : Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines to ensure quick, reliable quality gates and support continuous delivery.
• Test Stability & Maintenance : Monitor automation performance, identify flaky tests, analyze pass / fail patterns, and ensure the suite provides stable, trustworthy feedback.
• Quality Advocacy : Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews to promote Shift-Left testing and raise overall engineering quality standards.
• Debugging & Developer Tools Usage : Use Xcode, device logs, and network inspection tools to validate issues, troubleshoot failures, and support developers in reproducing defects.
• Accessibility Verification : Validate features against iOS accessibility standards including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and touch-target guidelines.
