We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can architect scalable systems, mentor development teams, and guide complex projects from concept to deployment. You’ll partner closely with Product, Delivery, and cross-functional groups to ensure our solutions perform beautifully and meet the needs of global users.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Provide hands-on technical direction, mentorship, and coaching to engineering teams.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review code, define engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges; unblock teams when needed.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design specs, and architecture diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, effective technical solutions.
• Support technology planning, hiring, and team capability building.
