Job descriptionDevelop and lead the Industrial vertical within the Investment Banking team. Looking out for professionals with a strong track record in originating and executing investment banking transactions in the Industrial sectors Build and mentor a high-performing team of sector-focused professionals. Drive the business strategy for the vertical including origination goals, sector mapping, and relationship coverage. Identify, pitch, and originate mandates across M&A (buy-side / sell-side), fund-raising (PE / VC), and IPOs / QIPs. Lead deal execution from ideation to closure - including industry analysis, financial modeling, preparation of IM / teasers, and negotiation support. Liaise with investors (PE / VC), strategic buyers, legal and diligence teams. Be the face of the firm at key industry events and build strong sector presence. Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within the Industrial space. Provide thought leadership and support to internal and external stakeholders with in-depth sector insights.
