Experience : 3–7 years in social media management

Reports to : Digital Head

Location- Noida

Salary Package - 45k-75k

About the Role

Content farming ecosystem across 100+ social media pages (Instagram + YouTube Shorts). We need a skilled Content Farm Manager to lead, plan, manage, and optimize the entire operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of editors, designers, and posting executives
• Plan daily & weekly short-form content schedules
• Approve edited reels / shorts before publishing
• Monitor analytics for 100+ pages and optimize performance
• Identify viral trends & guide team accordingly
• Create SOPs for content, posting, and consistency
• Ensure brand guidelines and content safety policies
• Review page performance, identify weak pages, and revive them
• Own daily / weekly reporting to leadership
• Coordinate closely with the main-channel team
