Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing
- Identify and source new properties, projects, and inventory suitable for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new launches and market trends.
Client Handling & Closing
Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiation meetings.Manage end-to-end transaction closure process, ensuring smooth documentation and follow-ups.Business Development
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.Support the sales team in converting leads into successful closures.Create strategies to enhance sourcing and improve closure rates.Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer updates, and post-sales support.Maintain daily / weekly reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and closures.Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sourcing and closing roles.Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (Ghatkopar experience preferred).Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and achieve monthly closure targets.Strong network with developers, brokers, and channel partners.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.Interested candidates, kindly share your CV at careers@raveshiarealty.com
