Strong knowledge of card issuance lifecycle (application, embossing, activation, PIN generation).

Hands-on experience with ISO 8583 message parsing and validation.

Proficiency in Visa / Mastercard certification simulators for card issuance testing.

Familiarity with Card Management Systems (CMS) and personalization systems.

Understanding of EMV standards, cryptography basics, and key management for card issuance.
