Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Developer with 4–6 years of experience in API development, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams. This role requires hands-on development experience, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work with integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.

Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Python and SQL

Understand business data requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven initiatives

Learn and implement development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath

Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliability

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards

Write and maintain technical documentation for development and integration processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development, Python, and SQL

General knowledge of integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments

Background in delivering data-driven solutions within fast-paced, high-impact teams

Certifications in relevant development or integration technologies
