Job descriptionCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 10-18 years of relevant experience in shared services, finance operations, or customer operations Proven success in project delivery within large-scale transformation programs Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills Led a team Must have handled the project of Black Belt for Transformation Programs in Billing areas
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement projects across onboarding, billing, service, cash application, and collections
- Translate “golden process” designs into executable actions on the ground
- Coach and mentor Green Belt project leads across journey teams
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define, track, and baseline CTQ metrics
- Drive stakeholder alignment and standardization in fragmented process environments
