Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong experience specifically in reviewing and negotiating client-side contracts within the IT Services domain . This role focuses on reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, renewals, amendments, staffing contracts, IT service agreements , and compliance-related documentation.

Candidates with primary exposure only to lease agreements, intellectual property filings, litigation, or corporate secretarial work will not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate client contracts specifically related to IT staffing, IT services, project-based services, and consulting engagements .
• Work extensively on MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Amendments, Renewals, Addendums , and client onboarding documentation.
• Evaluate commercial, legal, and compliance risks associated with IT service delivery contracts.
• Ensure alignment with company policies, U.S. labor regulations (preferred), and risk-mitigation practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Finance teams to support negotiation processes.
• Maintain contract versions, track obligations, and support audit & documentation compliance.
• Facilitate redlining, corrective revisions, and contract lifecycle management.
