Job descriptionOverseeing all aspects of fund management, including fund transfers, loan, and interest payments Managing the liquidity position of the Company Investment of surplus funds based on the Company s investment policy. Daily cash flow preparation and submission to the management Back-office support with respect to all funding instruments viz. Bank Loans, Commercial Papers, NCDs (Bonds) and External Commercial Borrowings End to end management of Commercial paper issuance and NCD issuance Preparation of information memorandum for bond issuances Loan agreement execution and charge creation / satisfaction with ROC in coordination with secretarial department Securitization data preparation and support Monthly interest cost report / Variance Analysis Monthly preparation of Debt Profile and Repayment Schedule Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of stock statement submission to lenders / trustees ECB return reporting and other compliances with respect to RBI & SEBI Preparation of quarterly data / investor pack and ALCO presentation
