Financial Controller

We seek a strategic Finance Controller to oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensure robust US tax compliance across federal, state, and local regulations, and provide actionable insights for our company's growth. This role demands deep expertise in US taxation policies , including IRS guidelines, deductions, credits, and filings, while managing all aspects of financial reporting and controls. The ideal candidate will drive fiscal efficiency and regulatory adherence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) under US GAAP, conduct variance analysis, and deliver monthly / quarterly reports to leadership.
• Lead US tax strategy, planning, compliance, and filings for federal (IRS Form 1120), state, sales / use, payroll, and property taxes;

optimize liabilities through credits, deductions, and transfer pricing while mitigating audit risks.

identify cost savings and process improvements.

mentor finance teams and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
