Role Overview

Title :  High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – Fitness Coaching Industry

Compensation :  ₹30,000 Base + 10–20% Commission (₹1–3L / month potential)

Location :  Fully Remote

Experience Required :  1–3+ years of High-Ticket Closing

Role Description

You will take inbound appointments from leads who have already shown intent by booking an appointment.

Your mission :   Diagnose → Pitch → Close.

Nothing else.

This is a performance-driven role where your  earning potential is entirely in your hands .

What you'll do :

• Take 3–6 high-intent sales calls per day
• Close prospects into 30k–1L fitness coaching programs
• Follow a proven script + objection management frameworks
• Track pipeline on CRM
• Hit daily, weekly, monthly revenue KPIs
• Learn fast and improve closing % rapidly
• Attend weekly training with the head coach & sales strategist

What I expect from you :

I don’t care about degrees.

I care about  hunger  and  skill .

Compensation Breakdown :

₹25-30,000 Base Salary

Commission :  10–20% based on performance

Ongoing bonuses for monthly revenue milestones

Top closers make  ₹1–3 lakhs per month  purely on commissions.
