Workday Core HCM

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Core HR Consultant to support and enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM , including configuration, business process design, data management, and reporting. This role will be instrumental in optimizing HR operations and ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.

Preferred Job Locations : Chennai / Noida / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules including employee data, organizational structure, positions, and job profiles.

Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Manage and optimize Workday business processes , security roles, and integrations.

Support data integrity , audits, and compliance reporting across HR systems.

Develop and maintain custom reports , dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution and documentation.

Participate in Workday upgrades , testing, and release management.

Train HR users and provide ongoing support for Workday functionality.
