Special School Program (9 : 00 AM / 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM)
One-on-One ABA Therapy Sessions
Therapy & Support Services in collaboration with Stepping Stone Centre , a Centre of Excellence in ABA with 14+ years of expertise

🕘 Working Hours

Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

📌 Key Responsibilities

Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using :

DTT (Discrete Trial Training)

NET (Natural Environment Teaching)

Participate in IEP planning and review with the Program Coordinator

Utilize ABLLS-R assessments to monitor learning and developmental progress

Maintain accurate behavior and learning data using MS Excel

Assist in preparing progress reports , goal planning, and documentation

Build strong therapeutic rapport through pairing and reinforcement strategies

Collaborate with senior therapists, educators, and families to support student development

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Master's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology (preferred)

Other graduates with strong communication skills are welcome

English fluency is mandatory ; Kannada / Hindi / Malayalam is an added advantage

High levels of empathy , patience, and passion for working with children

✅ Required Skills & Attributes

Understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Knowledge of ABA principles , ABLLS-R, DTT, and NET

Strong observational and interpersonal skills

Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel

Willingness to learn and follow structured programs under supervision
