Job Description – Senior MEP Engineer (Design, Drafting & Execution) – Commercial Office Spaces

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer who can handle Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC design as well as on-site execution for commercial office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of office space MEP standards, must be able to prepare and review drawings, coordinate with contractors, and ensure end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. MEP Design & Drawings

• Prepare detailed MEP designs for HVAC, electrical, lighting, ELV, fire safety, and plumbing systems.
• Create and update AutoCAD drawings , load calculations, equipment sizing, cable routing, and layout plans.
• Review consultant / contractor drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and interior layouts for seamless integration.
