We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & Generative AI Developer to join our team and help us create groundbreaking generative AI models and applications. In this role, you will work closely with our team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers to develop, implement, and optimize generative LLM and foundational models for various verticals, such as Banking, Retail, Comms, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, with a passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques such as General Adversarial Networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and reinforcement learning.

Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.

Lead the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks such as Autogen or CrewAI.

Oversee cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models to ensure scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, with a focus on generative models.

Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS LLM foundational models, BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard, etc.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and various Python packages (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, etc.).

Demonstrated experience with generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning.
