Meta Ads Performance Manager

Role Description

The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The role involves managing ₹20L+ monthly ad spends , conducting deep audience and competitor analysis, and driving measurable ROI through advanced campaign strategies.

You will be accountable for improving key performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CAC), running A / B tests, analyzing data, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role requires close coordination with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets and staying updated on Meta’s latest features and policies.

This position plays a critical part in scaling customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels for a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing minimum ₹20L monthly spend on Meta Ads

Strong understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV)

Hands-on experience with CBO, ABO, Dynamic Ads, Advantage+

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools

Strong analytical abilities + proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset

• Preferred Qualifications

Experience in D2C / E-commerce marketing

Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Knowledge of Shopify / WordPress , pixel setups, event tracking

Experience scaling campaigns across different geographies
