Role Overview

We are looking for a senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in AR, AP, and GL to support the reporting transformation for the FAST S / 4HANA migration. The role includes analyzing ECC reports, mapping data to S / 4HANA structures, preparing functional specs, and supporting E2E testing for Singapore & Mexico rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze ECC financial reports and map to S / 4HANA (PS1 instance).

Identify required AR / AP / GL attributes for Global Data Lake (GDL) extraction.

Prepare high-quality functional specs, FRDs / BRDs, and process documentation .

Perform FIT / GAP analysis and define To-Be processes.

Support unit testing, integration testing , and financial data validation.

Validate GL postings, sub-ledgers, period-end processes, and tax logic.

Ensure compliance with global financial reporting templates.

Collaborate with Capgemini and BI teams for accurate reporting outputs.

Required Skills

8+ years SAP FICO experience with strong AR / AP / GL expertise.

Mandatory : ECC + S / 4HANA hands-on experience.

Strong skills in functional documentation & data mapping .

Deep understanding of SAP FI tables (BSEG, BSID, BSAD, BSIK, BSAK, etc.).

Brownfield migration experience preferred.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
