We’re looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Lead to manage a high-performing sales team at our Malad, Mumbai location.

Requirements :

2–4 years of experience as a Team Lead (Sales preferred)

Strong people management & coaching skills

Proven record of meeting sales targets & KPIs

Excellent communication & analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead & motivate the sales team to achieve daily / monthly targets

Conduct training, performance reviews & improvement plans
