Join our team as a Senior Executive Assistant to work for our Chairman of the UK office to help him with his diary management and personal admin work.

Day-to-day tasks (including but not limited to) :

• Providing top-notch support to our Chairman on a daily basis
• Mastering extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
• Setting up meetings
• Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
• Leading the planning process for and keeping a forward-thinking calendar of important upcoming events and tasks
• Drafting correspondence, preparing and updating essential documents as needed
• Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
